Although you can take our Rice Vinegar as a straight shot, we do not recommend it as the acidic nature of vinegar can be irritating to your stomach. We recommend to mix it with water or juice to dilute the vinegar’s acidity. Also, we recommend rinsing your mouth with water after drinking vinegar.

Store vinegar in a cool, dark place without direct sunlight to help retain quality and taste. No refrigeration is required, however, for best results and if you intend to use the bottle for longer than 3 months after opening we recommend storing opened bottles in refrigerator.
